The Pope's Retirement Home

Pope Benedict XVI has just announced his retirement.  A question arose at the press conference at which the announcement was made: 'Where do retired Popes retire to?" "Well" came the answer,"There's this nice little villa up in Tuscany reserved for retiring Popes.  Of course, it's been vacant for 600 years, so it might need a little fixing up."
